Property Damage Claim
I am not an AT&T customer however, AT&T place a power type pole on my property. While doing so, they burst my water line. It has been 2 weeks that I and even an AT&T employee at our local store can not seem to get an AT&T Risk Management Rep to return our calls. There have been several 48 hour periods that have come and gone. This is becoming very frustrating.
I have all the information that Risk Management requires ie: Address, photos and of course left messages on the Risk Management voice mail.
How do I get Risk Management to respond?
