Problems with Uverse. Att employees do not know what they are doing!
Have just recovered from a four-day outage on Uverse. After several calls to ATT, their customer service and support people could not "confirm" that we had an outage in our area. There was an appointment scheduled for a technician to come out and look at the problem. Two hours after he was scheduled to arrive, he called and said that "since there was an outage in our area, he would not be coming". I again called ATT customer service and they told me that they had no record of an outage in our area, but would check into it and call back. Needless to say, I never heard from them. This afternoon, out of the blue, our service was restored. No notice, texts, emails, or anything. I again called ATT customer service and was given a whopping $20 credit on my bill, with no explanation. I cannot accept this kind of incompetience from a company that I do business with. I will be changing providers ASAP. ATT needs to get their act together.
