A response in the community forum advised me to private message my account info for help with my issue. But I’m not sure who to send the message too? Please help.

Click on the envelop button on the upper right hand side of the screen > click on New Message > in the Send To box, type in ATTCares.
I don't see any envelop button, please help

I’ve tried several times to send a private message to ATTCares and it will not work.
I’m looking to make a change to my internet provider Xfinity. I have some questions regarding ATT vs some other providers. I have called and called ATT and no one is able to actually market with features and benefits vs a few competitors, there all just order takers. I even broke down and drove to an ATT store. Some nice guy taking up space greeted me right away all polite and everything, but he didn’t know anything🤨 Everybody is new and has to learn ar times in your life, but he didn’t say he was new or offer to get help. He kept wanting to talk price, and I would say that’s not what I’m asking and he just kept going back to price (3 times). When he said he didn’t know anything I left. Is there no place to get an understanding of what ATT offers vs competition in Franklin, TN. More specifically ATT internet vs Earthlink fiber optic internet.
