I made a payment arrangement this morning , however soon after my services were still cut off I been on the phone and on-line most of the morning and getting nothing but the the run a aound. I spoken to Stenston and Allen who stated that arrangements were made that my services should,'t been disconnected. I was twice transfered to Technical Support and was told to unplug the cable box for 10 seconds , then hold ate ATT button for 2 seconds. I have a lot going on due to illness, disable child. I admit I am behind, but if arrangements were made my services shouldn't be disconnected
