Over billed for uverse tv intenet promotion
Has anyone else been over billed on for uverse tv and internet bundle on the first bill? My bill is supposed to be 105 plus tax per month. My first bill was 290. All of the fees that were supposed to be waived were included in my bill. My ticket was escalated
for the issue to be resolved. I was promised that a manager or someone would call me to resolve the issue but that never happened either. I even have emails dst ticket where the request was put in to correct the issue and I'm still fighting this same issue.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I was told they would fix the issue when I called customer service only to get a differentry answer when I spoke to someone day after day and chat session after chat session.
I just want my bill fixed so I can move on or let me know you can't do it so I can switch to some other service that honors what they tell me when I sign up.
