I have recently started with ATT Uverse which has HBO/Showtime included. But when I try to login to HBO GO which is free for users with valid subscription its throwing error. Customer service suggested that this is a 3rd party issue but I read in forums that this has been happening for a while. Please let me know how to fix it.

HBO GO is available free to AT&T U-verse customers who subscribe to HBO.
