New customer requirements
If I was an ATT customer in the past but canceled my service, how long before I can qualify as a new customer? My monthly charge for Uverse and Internet are up to $160 and as a senior living on social security this is way beyond my budget. I've had numerous "chats" and have had no success. Other than downgrading my service to bare minimum or going with another provider (Comcast) I seem to have hit a wall with ATT. The only other option if I want to stay with ATT is to cancel then start over as a new customer.
