"Movie on Us" coupon

I had a "Movie on Us" coupon and clicked the "Watch Now" Button to browse the selections, but did not choose a movie. When I came back an hour later, the coupon was gone. Did I accidentally redeem the coupon? I would hate to miss out on a free coupon. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure the coupon did not expire?

Yes. I checked the email and the offer was good till January 31, 2016.

Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature below.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service movie coupon problems.

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉

This feature doesn't work as it used to.  The format has completelly changed.

 

The option to enter a code for a free movie is gone.  It only shows 1/2 off coupons regardless of the email sent to you.
