mistaken return email

I recently moved and transferred my service. I received an email with instructions on how to return my equipment. Obviously, I don't need to return my equipment since I took it with me to the new house. I want to make sure I don't get charged when I don't return the equipment.

Hey @tboftis,

We understand that you have a concern with equipment fee. Don't worry, we can help answer that for you.

Were you told to take equipment with you to new location?

Did the tech install old equipment at new location?

Thank you for reaching back to us with that update, @tbloftis.

Since the technician used your old equipment, please ignore the email. Please feel free to reach back to us if you get billed for the equipment. We're always here to help!

Thank you for being part of the AT&T family and stay safe!
