maximum u-verse simultaneous streams

wanting to know how to get the 6 streams for U-verse TV. I have fiber 1000 speed so should be no issue? I read on here I should be able to get it. I called AT&T yesterday and they said it was changed but my profile still says 0SD/4HD when I check in my system information.

Let's make sure you can use your 6 streams, @shadow6709!

If you have internet 1000 and U-verse TV, you should have access to all 6 streams. Have you tried using all 6 streams? It's possible it just hasn't updated yet in your profile yet.

If it doesn't work, we recommend troubleshooting your U-verse service.

Restart your TV receiver by holding the POWER button down for 10 seconds then pressing it again to restart. This process takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress.
Restart your Wi-Fi^® Gateway by removing the power cord for one minute then plugging it back in. This will interrupt all of your AT&T services, including phone and TV.
