Massive increase in cost of service
I received my bill for TV and Internet yesterday and my total due has increased by 50%. I called and spoke with customer service and was then transferred to Customer Loyalty Dept. I spoke with a John who said he was the department manager. He said that my U300 package had a previous promotional rate that was expiring. He offered no new package or bundle to lower the crazy 50% increase. I do not want to leave AT&T but that increase is insane and there is local competition for service that would actually get me lower pricing than what I had.
Can someone please get a hold of me before I make the choice to cancel U-Verse and take my business elsewhere?
