Loyalty / Rentention

How do I chat with someone from the Loyalty / Rentention Department? I spoke with someone last April (2019) and was told to reach back out this April to get 12 months more of discounts on my Uverse Bundle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No agent can promise when in the future discounts would be available. At best they might suggest calling after any existing discounts have completed, or perhaps after service agreement finishes, for your best chance.

However, their CEO has cracked own on discounts as of several months ago. With too many customers skating by, operating at a loss, they are weeding out problem accounts.

Unlike communication services (phone and internet), TV services are just considered entertainment. So if you cannot afford it, then reduce services to within budget. It is time to make decisions good for your finances and not expect companies to give you discounts to make it affordable.

To speak with the cancellation/retention (sometimes known as "loyalty") department, you call them. When you get the voice system say cancel. As this is for U-Verse, make sure you are calling the AT&T number.
