Login Uverse Account

I cannot login to my uverse account. The email on file is wrong, so I can't change my ID or password. How can I fix this?

I am trying to access my account so I can set up my voicemail. I have tried several times even with personal help with an Att rep. Every time I try to log in with my account & ID the box to check about reading the legal stuff, it will not check & therefore it will not continue (that tab says disables)

I really need to get this set up as it is a business phone, Please help

Hi. I'm so sorry you're having this trouble. If you've tried everything and it seems this is really an online account related issue why you're unable to set up VM completely, try this.

By the way, this applies only if you're business phone is under ATT UVERSE (VOIP).

First identify which VM system you want to use. (Most people has their ANSWERING MACHINE built in to their phones). If you prefer to use your own ANS.MACHINE, you'll have to turn of ATT VM. If you prefer to use the ATT VM, turn off your ANS.MACHINE. **BOTH SYSTEM WILL NOT WORK IF THEY'RE ON AT THE SAME TIME.

 

Now, to activate your ATT VM, from your phone handset, DIAL *98, ENTER THE PIN AS PROMPTED. (There's a default PIN for VM, sorry I cannot discuss it on public, please call ATT to inquire) then follow the whole voice prompt instruction to complete the set up. Hope this will help you. THumbs down. NO kudos, I'd like to the answer to this most basic of questions which has been so poorly communicated and confused with all the at&t acquisitions that stinks of monolpoly Anyhow, if you're so concerned with our privacy then block all the junk marketers that at&t allows to continue when they could easily stop it. The junk callers disrupt my day up to 20x every day and so coincidental to my exact time of arriving home thanks to our phones communicating everything private without consent. And you failed to anwer the above question
