Lack of Providing Service while continuing to Charge for Services
I requested bundled Uverse TV and Internet 100 to be installed in July 2018. However, only the internet was installed because DVR Uverse receivers were back ordered. I still have not had Uverse TV installed because of lack of DVR receivers, but I have been charged 2 months in a row for Uverse TV service. I am tired of being passed from agent to agent with no resolution of the issue, so I am seriously considering canceling the service. Of course AT&T will want to charge cancellation fees even though they did not keep their end of contract by providing agreed upon services.
