Keep away from AT&T uverse

So terrible service...after joining the service last july 2016, every month until now Feburary 2017, I have to call the service center to correct my wrong charged bills...b.a.d...situation..terrible headache....aweful nightmare...

 

please you all keep away froom AT&T...Sooooooooooooooooooooo Terrible....

 

 

I always paid my u verse and Internet payment with my apt rental fee on time. But very bad AT&T continue to charge me extra bill for 6 months. every time I contacted them they said it is wrong bill. I don't need to pay it. They said they will not send wrong charge again. but they continue to do. this month is 6th times I get wrong bill. very very very stressful every month.

Fully agree ATT is just taking advantage of customers. 

If the service works it is subpar and they keep trying to raise the billing rates with no additional benefit.

 

The u-verse infrastructure is outdated and has no capacity to handle any decent bandwidth. 

They went cheap and did FTTN instead of FTTC and it shows. 

Terrible. U-Verse and ATT are scams.
