Invalid charges on Uverse
When I requested for South Asian Package to be added to my account, I was promised a month of free service. This was in the month of November 2014. But when I checked the bill, AT&T has still applied the charges.
I'm extremely upset for two reasons - first, there is no record of what was promised and therefore Billing Call Center Executive told me that the charges are VALID. The seocnd, Billing Call Center Executive was extremely rude and forced me to cut the phone without resolution. Please advice your call center executives to be polite and patient with customers. The only information she provided about herself was her First name that is "Travis" and she spoke to me b/w 5:00 to 5:30 PM PST on Dec 9.
POOR SERVICE was the only reason why I swithced from Comcast to AT&T only to realize 9 months later that there is really NO DIFFERENCE.
Please look into this matter. The $35 extra on my bill is NOT VALID based on the promise made to me by another AT&T Executive who obviously I cannot trace from my end.
