I would like to get paper bill every month.

Hi, I am an at&t u-verse user. I have a problem on my billing system. I never got paper bill for internet for about 3months. I only got cell phone bills. Therefore, I have paid bill at store every time. It is so uncomfortable.
Please, check my billing system then, let me know.

Hi everyone!

 

The video below will guide you through how to turn on or turn off the paperless bill option. 

To get paper bills, you have to sign in to your account can cancel paperless billing. Follow the steps below: 


How to get paper bills

  1. Go to Manage paperless billing.
  2. Select Paperless Billing option to off
  3. Check the box next to I'm sure I want to cancel paperless billing, then select Save changes.

Note: For linked accounts, be sure to cancel paperless billing for each account. Also, you cannot get paper bills if your credit status requires it. 

 

View Your Bill Online

  1. Go to Your bill.
  2. If you have more than one service, choose the bill you want to view. Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
  3. Expand sections to see more details.
    • To pay your bill, select Make a payment.
    • To see a copy of your paper bill, select View paper bill.
    • To view up to 16 previous bills, scroll and select Payments > More payment history.

If you got an email or a text message (didn't know they were also doing it by text message) that says you are being switched to paperless billing if you don't click the specified link before Sept. 30 then if you don't just log into your myAT&T, open up your profile and update your "Billing & Payment options" settings back to paper billing.  Stupid I know but that's the way it is.

I will continue to get my bill on paper or I won’t pay my bill and cancel all my phones and service. I’m not under contract.

@Cuda620  Why wouldn’t  your paper bill continue? The only way to change it is to logon to your account and check or uncheck the paper bill box.

I received a text on my phone that said I was going to paperless billing. I
didn’t request it and if it goes that I won’t pay my bill and since I’m not
under contract ,I’ll cancel my services.
