I want my paper bill sent to me

I need my paper bill sent to me because I don't get on line my son is doing this

Hi there, @hotrodlee!

 

Not to worry, we can help you re-start your paper bills. 

 

To start receiving paper bills in the U.S. mail again:
  1. Sign in with your user ID and password.
  2. Select View profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
  3. Select Billing & payment options and then select Edit paperless bill settings.
  4. Select Edit paperless bill settings.
  5. Follow the instructions to start your paper bill.
After you restart your paper bills:
  • Monthly billing statements will be sent via U.S. mail beginning in approximately 1-2 months, depending on your billing cycle.
  • You can still view and pay your bills online.

TO ALL THOSE POSTING HERE REQUESTING A PAPER BILL.  SORRY YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR A PAPER BILL.  THE PROCEDURE TO REQUEST A PAPER BILL OR CONTINUE RECEIVING IT IS CLEARLY DESCRIBED IN POST 2. {keep it courteous}
