I HAVE AN OUTDATED AND EXPIRED REFUND CHECK FROM UVERSE. I NEED IT TO BE REISSUED.

I HAVE A CHECK FROM 2013 THAT WAS UNCASHED AND I NEED IT TO BE RE-ISSUED.  HOW DO I DO THIS?

they don't re issue expired checks there's an expiration for a reason and especially not 8 years later tear it up and call it a loss

They actually do, but thanks for the incorrect information. 2013-2020 is 7 years by the way and no company can keep someone’s money regardless of how old it is. That’s why unclaimed funds exist 🙄

yeah good luck with that let us know how it goes search the forums 99% of expired checks go un resolved but whatever

Most likely the money has been handed over to the state as unclaimed funds.

 

Google for the information specific for your state.

I've reached that age where my brain went from "You probably shouldn't say that"

...to...

"What the heck, let's see what happens."
