I expected a reward card but customer service has no record
Nov. 26 I went to my online account to see how much it would be to add tv channels. I wanted to watch the extra Hallmark Channel during the holidays. Luckily there was a promotion for upping to U300 and staying for 3 months and I'd receive a $50 reward card. I went ahead and added that night and wrote down the details since I've had problems with this sort of thing before with ATT. I waited 2 bills to hope to see something on it that said when the reward card would be coming. Called customer service today and they see no signs of it. Our 3 months aren't up but I did expect a notice somewhere. Not surprised ATT. This really is the last straw with our family. We moved from Southern California and agreed to keep ATT in Ohio. But there are so many other options now. I've spent 30 minutes on this today with phone calls. Internet service is poor, so my son will get his wish to have better service somewhere else.

Hi There @Glendy3kids
We understand that you have not gotten your reward card. We can point you in the right direction.
Have you checked our reward site? If not, please do so by clicking here: AT&T Reward Center.
If the reward is not on the site, then the requirements of the reward have not been met. or the time frame has not lapsed yet.
If there is anything else that we can do for you, please reply back here.

Matthew,
Thanks for your response. I did go to the Reward Center online site and I also called the Reward Center before posting here.
So I was thinking if they don't show anything, I have to wait the 3 months to even be on record for the reward, like you said.
So Feb 26 will be 3 months of having the extra channels. I will hope it shows up then and enjoy more Hallmark movies in the meanwhile.
Thanks so much!
