How to speak to a supervisor

From reading this forum and FB posts, I know I am not alone!!! Uverse is the worst!! I changed my package 3 months ago and continue to get bills for these insane prices. Each time I call (which is usually a half day Affair) they tell me I’m correct and they will open a ticket. 7’weeks later I have no service 5 tickets open and no resolution. I can’t get a supervisor on the phone. They put me on hold and An hour later the calls drop... conveniently. Is there a way to contact one of the 3 supervisors directly? 😡😡😡
