How long does it take to get cancellation instructions
I'm wondering if a specialist can PM me. I had called in to cancel my current service (I have set up new U-verse service at my new address already). It's incredibly frustrating to jump through all the hoops to get to someone overseas who you can hardly understand, just to transfer you to someone else. I was on the phone forever cancelling and she said she could not give me a confirmation number but that I would be receiving an email with instructions on what to do. That was a few days ago, and I still haven't received an email and my disconnect is scheduled for May 24th, a week away. I thought I would try this to see if someone could help me, rather than going through another frustrating call. Thank you.
