how do you view your entire bill not just amount due

I keep getting looped between Direct TV and ATT when trying to see my actual bill. This has been going on for months.  I even tried to cancel paperless billing just so I can see my bill but apparently that is no longer an option.  This seems to border on illegal.  There's also no real way to contact customer service aside from going into a brick an mortar store. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Hi there, jujohnson. We understand that you are having a difficult time viewing your bill. We can assist you with that. 


In order view your bill online, we recommend that you use our billing guide


This is guide is designed to assist you in viewing combined billing statements like you have, since you have a combined or unified bill with AT&T and DirecTV. Just click on "See Bill Guide" on the left side of the screen to open up the example and then click on the right "Sign in" button to log in to view the bill. 


If you are still unable to view your bill properly, please let us know, and we can check to see if there is problem with the way that the bill is being displayed.
