 I called 1-877-285-0144 they transfered me to 1-800-920-0113 they transferred me to 1-877-844-5584.  Finally got the number for the fraud department.  I have tried both numbers for the fraud department 1-877-379-2319 on hold for 1 hour and 15 min no one answered and 1-888-471-4576 I was on hold for 2 hours no one answered.  There is a fraudulent account opened under my name and I need to resolve it.  tell me how I leave a message or send an email.  this is ridiculous.

In addition this has gone to collections they sent me a fraud packet and I faxed it to the number on the letter 1-866-761-0538  I need to know if it was received and what are the next steps please contact me immediately.

To get an update on your case, please contact the Fraud department once they open on Monday morning. They are the only agents with the ability to handle fraud cases, and they don't provide assistance here in the forums.
