Funny how the website NEVER lets you cancel service!
Having been with Uverse for a number of years now, I think it's pathetic that this company (quite clearly) designs their webpage specifically so no one can cancel any part of their service from online. This is about my 5th or 6th time trying this, and EACH time of two years the link that should allow it is unclickable. And the link for chatting - also disabled.
This company has been the worst I've ever experienced in terms of manipulating their own customers for what amounts to pennies. It's petty, it's underhanded - and you guessed it - it's AT&T
