fraud

I have been on hold with fraud for over an hour, there is no estimated wait time, no option for a call back or an online chat. I am trying to set up new service at my new address but there was a fraudulent account set up in my name last year. I have spent over 8 hours trying to get this resolved with absolutely no resolutions or help. I have had my wireless service for over 15 years, had uverse and digital life in the past but this is sad how poor the customer service is now.
