I broke my USB port on dvr, can it be fixed happened months ago?
And is there a charge?

The DVR will need to be replaced. Call CS 1-800-288-2020 to have one sent for a self-install. You have 21 days to return the bad one. You will lose your recordings but not your schedule.
What are you using your USB port on your DVR for anyway? Is it really worth losing your recordings for?
