Customer retention - no help!

Our AT&T monthly bill just went up another $20 per month. I was told that there is nothing they can do. We've been with AT&T forever, and I have a hard time believing that. I was told to keep checking back for new promotions. I don't have the time to do that. Ridiculous.

It is sometimes still possible to get a discount.  But it's extremely difficult.  You may have to make several phone calls to get someone who knows who to talk to in order to get you a discount, or maybe get to a different office, or get that day's quota of discounts.  But it's certainly not trivial to get a discount every year as it was at one time.

So I'd say Jagg55 is not wrong.  But Juniper isn't either.

Renewal?  If you are a correct UverseTV customer there’s no renewal to be had.

I’ve had UverseTV since 2007 and have never had to renew anything.  🤷‍♂️

If have current service, you just keep paying the bill….

Uverse IPTV is now a part of DirecTv since summer 2021 when DirecTV was sold along with DirecTv Stream and the Uverse product. ATT is now cellular services (Wireless phone, Fixed Wireless and ATT AIR) , home internet and home phone products.

1-800-288-2020.  Say “cancel” to get to Loyalty.  They would be the ones to offer any sort of discount.
