Contract Cancellation for Moving to Location with No Uverse Service

Hi,

I am currently being charged an obscene amount for internet-only 6mbps uverse, and would like to talk to AT&T about my options.  I would be ok with signing a contract, except that I am moving toward the end of 2015 (build is starting) and, at least currently, the new neighborhood does not offer Uverse service.  If I sign a contract, is there any excpetion allowing me to cancel without penalty since I'm unable to move the service with me?

Thanks!

Yes.  If Uverse is not available at your new residence they will let you out of your contract.
