Worst customer service email I've ever received in my life. Goodbye AT&T. Unacceptable.

I am sorry I am so busy with issues that are a priority over this.  I understand this is a priority for you and I don’t mean to undermine it, I am not customer service and  I don’t have the ability to credit you any more.  I will try to reach out to you but this is out of area and I have so many issues I am working on that I have to do first.  If you call the 1-877-910-0501 they can assist you all the notes should be in there and it will get corrected. 


I am sorry if you cant get it resolved let me know and we can try to call again later in the week when I am back in my office.
