Confirmation all equipment returned

How do I  get confirmation from AT&T that all the equipment that was supposed to be returned has in fact been returned? I never got a list of my equipment that should be returned. 

I got an email from AT&T listing what they received, but it didn't say it was all that should have been returned.

Good morning Mr.Rusk! 

 

At this time I am unable to provide an email or letter to you stating that we have received your equipment.

Although, you will have these messages stating that you have been told you no longer owe any equipment besides the modem you are currently using for internet services.

The serial numbers for the two receivers we have are M91152EKC040 & 175904371.

My name is Vanda on 9/23/19 I went to the UPS store in Mobile Alabama 36608 with the reference number  and the serial numbers  I want to know have they received it yet please let me know   [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
