Cheating poor customers
I signed up for a Uverse bundle during the month of september (They set up my service on the 22nd) When I signed up there was a promotion that gave away a electronic device. I signed up for a Xbox. Now its been 2 months, and I have contacted att numerous times (Phone, email, chat) to get different replies each time from customer service. Today they told me I do not have an Xbox as a reward. I do get a $50 visa card though, which I have declined. I want the Xbox.
Why would a company like at&t cheat/deceive its customers like that? What can I do about this? This is so wrong.
Please advice on what to do now. Should I just shut up and accept this as a fact of life, where larger companies like at&t bully innocent customers like me?
