Can't Reach Anyone

I have been trying to use the chat function for days and it says no representative is available. I finally got through today and they told me they needed to call me and transfer me to another department. I made it to the other department but then the phone started ringing and a 3rd department answered. After 16 minutes of trying to make it back to the correct department I was hung up on. I tried the chat again and it says it is a 57 minute wait time. Is there a way to deal with problems/questions through email since neither chat nor phone seem to be working?

No email option. Phone call or chat are your two choices unless you would like to share your issue here (no personal info, please).
