Cancelling UverseTV after Rate Hike - then att to increase Internet Price? - Won't Escalate My Call
I have UVerse TV and Internet.
[long story short, ATT hiked prices, and then when wanting to cancel 1 service, wants to hike price on individual service even though it is not "bundled" and service was added to another at a later time]
It took me 3 minutes to finally get them to escalate my call after 15 minutes of trying to work with an agent and getting nowhere. I have now been on hold over 45 minutes.
(also, why can I not tag a post with "On Hold" - "On" is a banned word?)

Total call time is now 1:15:00 and have yet to hear from the supervisor or hear a call escalation response

Solved - online chat is able to provide $7 credit on my bill moving forward to negate the price hike.
Call time total is 1:30:00 and still no response from supervisor/escalation team.
