I want to cancel cable, and keep wifi. very simple. can someone walk me through how to do this myself since i cant get an actual human on the phone. my bill is 100$ more, yet my uverse has not even been working for weeks . "uverse is unavailable at this time", i tried everything. i want it entirely canceled i dont watch tv anyway!
