Billing

The last two months I have received an email that I have a balance due on my account.  I don't.  It shows a zero balance.  Last month I had a chat with a rep and they said it was a technical error.  This month I get another balance due, account shows zero.  What's going on?  Have they not fixed the "technical issue"?

We're working to fix the error that's causing you to get these emails. We don't have an estimated time of resolution at the moment. In the meantime, continue to check your account and make sure your balance is accurate.
