If I could sign on to my account it would be easy I spent one hour on chat early this morning got my email changed ( she said) of course it is not
Then wrote hold on for the next rep to make adjustments I did I held on for another 20 minutes to be click off no one there no adjustments done no email changed no nota nothing after a hour and half

I have been a loyal customer of att for over 15 years
I am not paying for service that has not worked for a month not am I paying for the same non working service I cancelled
