Billing Error

I received a bill with a charge for broadcast TV fee for a date that proceeds my service start date. I was "hooked up" on July 25th and the bill is for 07/24/20 - 07/24/20. Furthermore, I am in an apartment complex where the cost of internet/cable is rolled into rent and is taken care of by the apartment staff. There should be no reason for the charge. I also don't understand why there's no way to get online support or send an email about the issue. I'm forced to spend 30 minutes of my life going through automated voice recordings and customer support people to dispute a charge that shouldn't be on there in the first place. They also don't easily give you that number on their website. Faster just to Google it than it is to use AT&T's own website.

Unfortunately calling is the only option there is no email support and chat is hit or miss whether it’s available
