bill does not match customer service agreement
I spoke with a customer service agent on Feb 27 and agreed on a package and price. AT&T emailed me a summary of that order and it reflected the price that we had agreed upon. I have a copy of that agreement.
However, AT&T has been sending me bills which are about $60 per month higher than the agreed upon price. I chatted with a customer service agent, and they told me that I only owed what we had agreed upon. However, I have now received a past due notice. Now, I cannot reach an agent either by chat or by phone.
How can I reach AT&T to resolve this issue?
