ATTCARES - Any help getting my credit for returned equipment?
Is there anybody from AT&T that can get my credit applied to my account? I can supply Escalation ticket numbers, Employee numbers, reference numbers, copies of the confirmation of receipt emails, my shipping receipt, photos etc..
I cancelled Uverse service and Returned equipment as per contract.
I returned the equipment on August 23rd. I have the receipt from the UPS store and photos of the box at the shipper.
I was charged 150.00 x 2 = $300.00 on my September bill dated Sept 10
I Understand that.
I recieved 1 confirmation of received equipment on Sept 17th and a second on October 19th. Why they were a month apart I can't explain.
On my October bill I recieved 1 Credit for 1 Box - $150.00 . On September 10th I chatted with ATT (I have the transcript) and asked about this... Result was an escalation
I just received the November bill and I still haven't received the second credit for $150.00.
I called today November 26th and spoke with an agent Amy, then a supervisor Hannah. Employee # xxxxx
Result:
"There is nothing we can do now that it is in the "Back Room" I cannot say when you will get your credit."
I asked her how long was reasonable to wait? She could not say. I asked 3 months? 6 months?
The result is I have to wait.
