ATT website NOT reachable multiple times- always down and cannot check my account

I have been trying to reach my account information for a recent order change for several days and keep keeping the screen stating ""Sorry! Looks like you caught us at a bad time. We're busy fixing a technical issue. We'll be back soon and we apologize for the inconvenience.""" This is the link I was directed to in your email to me to check my account: https://www.att.com/isam/sps/oidc/rp/consumerfed/redirect/olamOP

I am not impressed with this service - you are ATT for goodness sakes. Please can you send me PDF files regarding recent changes to my UVERSE and internet account!!
