Att uverse internet and direct TV promotion
I need some assistance asap before I have to pay my first bill, please a knowledgeable supervisor. I signed up for a bundle, unlimited internet, not fixed wirelss which I have now, was to be bundled with direct TV choice, not the select programmimg which I have now. Can my correct programmimg be updated to reflect promised tv channels and unlimited internet and credit given for the inconveniences? My two bills have not been combined or discounted, and I was charged an installation fee which was to be free with the promotional bundle and was charged $99, on my bill. I was also supposed to receive a $250 Visa gift card in which I did not. I have spoken to quite a few of your billing, techs and customer service reps who could not figure out how to help me???
