ATT Uverse Fraud

I have a collection on my credit report from Enhanced Recovery LLC stating that I owed ATT Uverse for the amount of $1092. I never had ATT Uverse, not now or in the past. I never any account from AT&T.  I called the fraud number only to be on hold for hours on end.  Please help me resolve this.

Unfortunately when you call the number in that link.  No one answers and you are left waiting on the phone for hours. Do you know of another way to resolve this?

Dispute the charge in writing with the credit reporting agency. That will cause the item to be reported as "Disputed" and force the the debt to be verified.
