AT&T Uverse & DirecTV
We agreed to switch AT&T Uverse TV to DirecTV Choice program (but maintain landline + internet) in order to lower monthly bill.
During the negotiation with AT&T cancellation dept on March 11, it was conveyed to us that there will be a single bill form AT&T at a set amount, no sport package, no activation, etc . . . We still have to pay Uverse bill (with prorate).
Today with receive a bill from DirecTV, which added the Regional Sport Fee $8.49 & Activation fee $19.95, so we called AT&T.
It was conveyed to us that we have to pay it, plus another bill next month, before the bills are consolidated. No resolution on the Fees of Regional Sport $8.49 & Activation $19.95.
So, our bills for this month alone is double, and we fear for future billings.
Before it becomes too late, how and whom we can address to get the solution. We hope to be able to chat online or in person, rather than telephone due to language barrier sometimes.
