AT&T sends me someone else’s bills!!!
How do you get AT&T to stop sending emails for a person with a similar name, who lives in a different state? I don’t have an AT&T account but someone else does, and is not receiving their notifications! I’ve called and wasted my personal time trying to fix this situation with some outsourced call center woman, but naturally nothing was done! I will never be an AT&T customer! They are ridiculous!!!!

I just received another bill intended for someone who is using my name and email address to conduct business with AT&T.
You must cease and desist. This is a case of identity theft and you are perpetuating this crime.
I will post on your community board until you actually resolve the issue instead of just “looking into it.”
