AT&T DSL Promotion Issues

For the the past four three months AT&T Retention Department has given me 3 separate Promo prices, starting with $27.00, then $29.00, and now in March 2017, $34.00. Today I get a bill of $79.65 due 4/26/17. I am on a tight budget, and trying to remain a AT&T customer, but I can no go through this aggravation each month. No two AT&T reps tell me the same story. Please look into this matter, because I am going to cancel all further dealings with AT&T at the end of April 2017. This is a very dishonest corporation, and I am through with months of employee lies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. R. To best address promotional issues, we recommend chatting with our DSL support groups. You do not have to call in and can address this from your computer or smart device.
You can also log into your account at www.att.com to verify your promotion, to make sure it is right, and check to see what promotions are available.
