AT&T complaints... outage and customer service

My service has been out due to a network outage for over 36 hours.  no one has answers, cause, or eta of restoration.  Customer service is horrible and makes excuses.  Managers are unhelpful and patronizing.  Who can address these issues since the call center is clearly not equipped to? 

 

A very irate customer.

I already did a week ago and no reply. good riddance ATT. worst customer
service via call center ever.
