ATT bait and switch offer
I have been ATT Wireless customer 8+ years. In Dec 2017, I was pitched an attractive promotion package for Uverse Internet and TV with low combined price, no one-time fee, and Visa Gift card. However, the bill does not reflect what I was promised. I spoke to multiple reps including the customer loyalty team. It has not helped and now I am in contract period. Since, all this all done on phone, I don't have any documents to prove it.
Does anyone has successfully handled such situation? How can FCC and BBB help in this matter?
