Amount of reward given
I am a returning customer to Direct T.V. Over the time being gone I have received many offers to return with a reward card in the amount of 300.00 being offered. This was on a return offer with the code of WBK 11. After returning I received a claim notification that read in the amount 200.00. Upon contacting the rewards center they could not explain why the difference.I would like an explanation as to why I am not being given what the offered letter stated
