I transferred my U200 tv service over a month ago.I just tried to claim the $400 reward card,but was told I have to have all 4 services(tv,internet,cell,& home phone).

The terms didn't state that.

Has anyone else had this problem?

If you had all four services, you'd have to transfer all four services to qualify.

Edit:  For me, I just have u200 and Internet from ATT, that's all I'd need to qualify.
